I don't mean to alarm anyone but I am right now as I type this preparing to go exercise. I know it's shocking!!! (Please stop laughing, pick yourself up off the floor, and read on, it gets better!!) I am in the biggest loser contest at my school. I lost 3.5 lbs last week and have decided it is time to get serious. There has been menu planning happening in this household people!!! (Told you it got better) I have actually been eating FRUIT, 3 PIECES A DAY!!! I thought my body may go into shock without McDonald's for breakfast but I have made it over a week and a half without as single hash brown or Egg Mcmuffin. Little Debbie has been replaced by the Chiquita Banana lady. I'm counting points like my life depends on it.
I really want to be able to climb the Great Wall without passing out. I also think it may be a good idea to build up some stamina since we may soon be chasing a toddler around. There may be no building up to crazy two year old with the way referrals have been going. I am going to chasing a crazy Asian around (hopefully soon) and want to be ready.
I am hoping that if I razz myself on my blog I can keep myself motivated. We'll see what happens.
Now, if you will excuse me, I need to go dust off the eliptical and make sure that the batteries are still working. Maybe later this week I will dig out the yoga DVD (Lord only knows where that it is) and find the mat that is in the closet (I think). Watch out world, here I come!!!
