First Grader in the House

Today was my baby's first day of first grade. As you can tell by the picture, he was very upset to be heading off to a new school. He is such a goofball!!! He had a great time and met lots of new friends and had a great time.

He got to eat his dinner on our new celebrate plate. I decided to make it the last time I went to the paint your own pottery place (Don't be impressed, I printed the design off the internet traced it on the plate, and painted inside the lines.). I thought we could break it out any time something good happens. Hopefully I will need to make another one in the not to distant future for a certain little girl. Here is a picture of his.
